NICKI POTTS, B. Comm

Nicki’s 10 years of experience in the financial services spans sales and marketing, research and development and operations. She joined FinaMetrica in 2002, after completing her Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Information Systems) at the University of New South Wales. During her time at FinaMetrica, Nicki also earned a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Financial Planning, providing her with valuable insight and expertise to ensure clients’ expectations are met and exceeded.

Larry Bowen

LARRY BOWEN, BA (Math)

SVP, Operations

Larry has more than 20 years of operational IT experience, gained at EDS and other organizations. His formal education, which includes studies in Operational Research, Computer Science and Statistics, along with his experience in call center operations, project management, client relationship management and product development make him ideally suited to oversee all aspects of the day-to-day business of PlanPlus Global.

David Storms

DAVID STORMS, Dip. Computer Programming

VP, Technology

David’s 18-year career at PlanPlus has progressed from engineer to Manager, Software Development to VP, Technology. As a member of the Executive team, he has full responsibility for PlanPlus’ software, including user interface, API development and SaaS application. He works closely with the Product Development and Operations teams to ensure quality to our clients. David holds a Diploma in Computer Programming from Durham College.

Julie Bredin

JULIE BREDIN, BA Economics

VP, Marketing

Julie has a 20-year career as an executive and entrepreneur, with a focus on branding, marketing communications and research for the financial services industry. She has worked with small, large and global organizations on research and marketing communication projects to energize and elevate brands, drive sales and improve client experiences.

Julie’s passion for crafting and delivering compelling messages, based on measurable intelligence into customer expectations and preferences, positions her extremely well to develop, launch and maintain the new brand for PlanPlus Global.

As Director of Sales, Matt is responsible for growing the company’s enterprise and corporate client bases. His 12+ year career equips Matt to bring a rare combination of experience in technology, financial planning, investment management, and relationship development to increase the firm’s competitive advantage and enterprise value. Matt is a people-oriented leader with skills and talent for delivering tangible results.

NAYAN PARMAR

NAYAN PARMAR, B. Comm, CFP

India & South East Asia Head

Nayan is responsible for implementing PlanPlus Global’s strategy in Southeast Asia. His 20 years in the financial services industry has given him strong domain knowledge, from product conceptualization to launch.

He is extraordinarily qualified for his role. In addition to being a Certified Financial Planner, Nayan has earned a B. Comm, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management and a Professional Diploma in Software Technology & System Management.

JENNIFER PRIESTLEY, PFP

Product Manager

Jennifer’s 25 years of knowledge and passion for financial services software led her to become Product Manager at PlanPlus Global. She is responsible for translating the firm’s vision and strategy into tactical elements that deliver innovative solutions to allow advisors and firms to deliver the highest standard of financial advice to clients.

Jennifer attended University of Waterloo, holds the Personal Financial Planning designation and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.

JORDAN SCOTT

Client Services Manager

Jordan has responsibility for the PlanPlus Global Client Services team. In addition to directly assisting individual users through our Help Desk and Online Chat, the team provides second-level support for our enterprise users and coordinates with all internal departments to ensure our customers’ needs are addressed. Jordan has been at PlanPlus for 8 years and currently heads up our ISO certification program.

ASIF IQBAL

Development Team Leader

Asif brings 12+ years of business application development and systems integration experience to PlanPlus Global. As Development Team Leader, he manages the development team and software releases. Asif has successfully led many projects in Canada, the US and Thailand and is a SugarCRM certified Engineer. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

STEFAN TZINEURAKIS, B.Sc.

Project Manager

Since joining PlanPlus in 2015, Stefan advanced from front-line support agent to managing our Client Support Team, before assuming the role of Project Manager. In that capacity, he manages all internal and external projects relating to customization, feature enhancements and infrastructure development. Prior to PlanPlus, Stefan spent 13 years with Bell Canada as a Process & Systems Analyst and Project Manager delivering new IT Systems.

RODERIC RENNISON

Regional Director (U.K & Northern Ireland)

Roderic has a passionate interest in the future of retail financial services, regulatory change and its impact on intermediaries and providers. With his experience in sales, strategy, product development, operations, corporate affairs, risk and regulatory matters, Roderic is well-placed to assist PlanPlus Global achieve our objectives in the U.K and beyond.

Alan joined FinaMetrica in 2002, after completing his Bachelor of Commerce (majors in Finance and Information Systems) at the University of New South Wales. While at FinaMetrica, he earned additional certificates in Network Administration.

Finance Manager (Australia)

Meseret joined FinaMetrica in 2017.  She is a CPA graduate accountant with several years of experience in various industries.

PRIYANKA RAHMAN

Sales Support

Priyanka began working for FinaMetrica in May 2015. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management, and 5 years’ experience working in HR departments and training organizations.

MARIE SPENCE, CFP

Manager, Training

Marie’s passion for learning and development has guided her 15+ years of financial services experience. She has amassed extensive experience as a financial planning and wealth management instructor. Marie is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), has completed a course in Adult Education and is working towards her CPA designation.

Chair, PlanPlus Global Financial Planning Awards

John’s 30+ years experience as an MDRT qualifying insurance advisor, branch manager, owner and practitioner of a fee-based financial planning firm, eminently qualify him to lead the PlanPlus Global Financial Planning Awards Program.

Events & Marketing Manager

Elaine joined PlanPlus is 1993 and is responsible for management and coordination of our day-to-day marketing activities, including website, conferences and other events. She also manages with the PlanPlus Global Financial Planning Awards program.
