Her major focus was helping businesses become more efficient with their systems, processes and client acquisition costs.

After 5 years, Kristina joined Paradigm Capital as a Research Analyst where she was responsible for investigating all financial data of a company, operations and strategic direction in order to determine the long-term value of the business.

She soon graduated to the institutional sales team, working closely with portfolio managers and analysts at mutual funds, hedge funds and pension funds in Canada and the US. Kristina’s rigorous education background helped her to receive the prestigious Top Gun Award in 1998 (voted on by clients).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]In 2010, Kristina was recruited to Dundee Capital Markets as EVP and Head of Institutional Sales. She was charged with implementing change, setting strategic direction and managing the sales and trading operations, generating over $100 million in revenues annually.

That experience led Kristina to recognize the need for application of this same knowledge at the individual investor level. She had always wanted to help people so, joining RBC Dominion Securities was the perfect move. Her extensive background led her to manage a discretionary wealth practice for high net worth clients, with a focus on growing and preserving wealth. Kristina’s immediate success as an advisor earned her membership in RBC’s prestigious President’s Club in her first year in the business.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]In her quest for the freedom to always do what is right for her clients, Kristina joined Manulife Securities as the firm’s most credentialled advisor.
